VISA REQUIREMENTS AND ACTIVITY LEVEL
The overall activity level of this tour is a level 3. This means you’re an on-the-go traveller. You don’t want to miss a thing, so walking and standing for longer periods of time (2-3 hours) isn’t a big deal. A moderately paced two-and-a-half-hour walking tour, covering several miles, hills, and uneven surfaces, is no problem for you. Walking four miles over the course of a day is very doable, as is climbing into and out of various modes of transportation (tuk-tuk, cable car, zodiac, etc.). Expect some longer days with early mornings or late nights balanced with free time to recharge or set out on your own adventure. This level is not a fit for travellers who require mobility assistance devices.
Internal flights are required in order to participate on this tour and are included in the final price, quoted at time of booking.
**If you would prefer not to hike to the Kuang Si Waterfall, a vehicle is available to bring you to the falls.
VISAS ARE REQUIRED for this tour at your expense. The approximate cost for a one month SINGLE ENTRY VIETNAM VISA is 55 Canadian Dollars and MUST BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. To enter Vietnam, you will need 1 blank page in your passport. You can obtain the visa for Cambodia at the airport upon arrival. The cost is approximately 40 CAD and two complete blank pages are required in your passport along with one passport photo. You will be required to obtain a Cambodian electronic E-arrival card for entry into Cambodia upon arrival at Siem Reap airport. It is recommended that you apply for your E-arrival card in advance by submitting a digital application through https://arrival.gov.kh/. No fee is required but note that any rates are subject to change based on governing authority. A Laos visa is required for this tour at your expense. This can be purchased upon arrival in Luang Prabang, Laos. The approximate cost is 50 CAD. One blank page is required in your passport. Certain countries require a minimum of 6 months passport validity from the date of return home. Rates are approximate and can be changed at any time based on governing authority.
